Delivery times vary by your location. We fulfil from 4 warehouses (Midrand, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth) to minimise transit time. All orders are delivered within 2–5 working days nationwide, regardless of your province. This applies across Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape and all other provinces.

Yes, we deliver to all areas serviced by The Courier Guy, which covers the vast majority of South Africa. For very remote locations, delivery may take slightly longer. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us your address and we'll confirm.

Our warehouses all have backup power and operate through any stage of load shedding. Your order will not be delayed due to Eskom schedules on our end. The Courier Guy also operates independently of the power grid for their logistics.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at 082 209 3389 or email admin@smart-basics.com with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through the process.
