01. The 7-Day Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your Beast Gear, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
02. Damaged or Defective Items
Load Shedding gear and Smart Tech are high-performance tools. If your item arrives damaged or is factory-defective, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no extra courier cost to you.
03. Exceptions / Non-Returnable
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom bundles, personal care goods, or items sold as "Final Sale" in the Bargain Bin. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
04. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Ozow/PayFast) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
